I was born and raised in Munich, Germany, where I completed my high school with a focus on economics. I moved to London at the age of 20 and started my own Sales & Marketing Business. My dream came true when I became a very successful entrepreneur over the next 22yrs. that ultimately gave me the freedom to "retire" at age 42. I had an inner calling to follow my life’s purpose in supporting others to live their dream.

As a Polarity Wellness Educator and an Accredited Coach by the International Coach Federation, I use a holistically integrated approach with my clients. This combines your ability to envision, believe and feel "your dream" with an overall commitment to be the best you can possibly be.
