Karen Rothstein has twenty years experience managing people, projects and organizations. This has taught her how to motivate and bring out the best in people. She holds a BA in Liberal Arts, an MA in psychology and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in transpersonal psychology. She is trained by the Coaches Training Institute as a Co-active Coach.

She draws on her extensive background in training and development, psychology, organizational management, and leadership experiences in the public and private sector to give you practical tools and processes to get the results you desire from yourself and your business team.
