Dreams come true. 

Dreams really do come true.  I am living proof. I firmly believe that your dreams matter, anything is possible, and success is just a matter of applying a proven successful process. I am an agent of change for people ready to live their dreams and take action.  Most recently, after a long and successful career in corporate America, I changed my focus from working to thriving.  My dream of becoming self-employed, driven by the motto of “my way, my time," is now a reality.  Immediately after opening my coaching business, I began training for my first triathlon, one of my long time dreams and my 50th birthday present to myself.  Life is GREAT!

I wanted a family, but I was single.  I debated... wait for the perfect life partner or make a plan. I elected to adopt a little girl just 3 days old and now am the proud mother of a wonderful teenage daughter who shares my life and my passion.

I know how to dream, make a plan, take action, and make dreams come true. I combine my sharp instincts, caring, tough accountability, and passion for wellbeing to coach others on living their dreams.  Individuals and groups seek me out when they want to go from living to thriving.  My PhD in education, certifications from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition and Dream Coach University are important, but insignificant when placed next to my intuitive ability to work with people from a caring place and launch them into the life they have always dreamed of.
