I have over 28 years of experience in leading a range of companies and participating effectively in teams. Adventures in business include working as a controller in manufacturing; president and owner of a private fiduciary company established to manage conservatorships, guardianships, trusts and estates; and most recently, managing director for a large trust division in a national bank. Budgeting, marketing, salesperson, sales trainer, manager of large diverse teams, developer of software programs, expert witness, consultant, speaker, mediator, board member, event planner, auditor, team leader, team player -- all are duties within the titles I've held over the years.

I received a B.S. in Business from Indiana University. I hold a CTFA (Certified Trust and Financial Advisor) designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers. Specialized training as a coach is received from Coach University and Dream Coach University. This training consists of over 240 hours of course work, coaching and ongoing education.
