Dream Big,  Creating Dream RelationshipsThe shortcut step for achieving any dream is "share your dreams with others." But it's how we do it that will enroll others or leave them uninspired. We build powerful relationships with others by expressing our dream clearly so they understand what it is – and passionately – so they are excited about what we are doing. And then, take the crucial step of inviting them to join you. When people hear me say this they ask, "How do I do that?"
Become masterful at enrollment. Enrollment, unlike sales, is your ability
to share your ideas in such a way that the listener wants to be part
of what you are doing. Here's a simple four-step process. Practice and
learn this, and your ability to manifest your dreams will sky rocket.
First, establish rapport. This creates trust and puts people at ease. Second, build value. Do this by asking questions, being genuinely interested and "meeting" them where they are. Third, overcome objections or obstacles (often by going back to points 1 and 2.) Finally, secure an agreement. This could be to meet, have a follow-up call, or signing on the dotted line. If I had a choice of being a brilliant strategist or the "Enrollment
Queen," I'd choose the latter. Enrollment is by far the most essential
tool for building your team and great relationships because you'll use
it in every area of life. Our personal relationships are precious and
essential, but with the exclusion of your family, just about everyone
else was once a stranger. Imagine how your life might change if you
could talk to anyone, anytime about your dreams (or theirs) in a way
