Marcia's Dream Note

Dear Fellow Dreamers,

My vision for the Create Your Future Now Dream Weekend was that on Sunday night, 50 people would know their greatness and be ready to live their lives at a whole new level. What I was unprepared for was how it would also impact me.

I was inspired as people released old patterns and embraced their power and authenticity. I felt respect and appreciation as participants became passionate again, found deeper meaning in their lives, reclaimed love and accessed greater joy.

After the workshop, one woman wrote to tell me that what she learned may have saved her marriage. People talked about everything from quitting dead-end jobs or gaining new regard for their work, to getting closer with their family and taking care of themselves. I mostly loved hearing how my fellow dreamers brought this message back to their friends and communities to help others achieve their dreams. In their own way, they are being Dream Coaches.

Since you have great dreams and touch many other lives, I want to personally invite you to join me for one of the remaining weekends in 2005. I guarantee you will receive many skills and tools designed to help move you forward on any and all of your dreams now.

Faith Begins With A Single Step

If you are waiting for a sign, evidence that this is the right time to act on your dreams, or some kind of guarantee that you will be successful, I have big news for you. Life is waiting for you to make the first move.

When you act on your dream, you prove to yourself and others that you are not just talking about your dream or thinking about it. You are serious. Dreamers don’t just dream; we act -- sometimes long before others think it’s a good idea.

Remember that scene in Indiana Jones where he is standing on a precipice above the bottomless pit? He literally has to step off into what his rational mind tells him will be a disastrous fall to his death. But his heart and undying faith tell him he must believe and take the step. Lo and behold, he is supported by something that can’t be seen as he crosses safely to the treasure.

It’s acting on your dream that can make it happen. And what will give you the courage to take that ever-essential first step? The answer is faith. It is essential that we have deep faith in ourselves and in our dreams. Faith creates miracles.

The same is true in our lives. Sometimes there is no evidence that your dream is happening until you demonstrate your intention and commitment. You must act on what you believe and truly want. In that moment you have shifted your relationship to your dream.

Now in action, you’ll have a fresh perspective. New resources will show up. People will relate to you differently, perhaps be more willing to get behind you or join you. Do something today to demonstrate your faith by taking that essential step forward.
