Marcia's Dream NoteDear Fellow Dreamers, How would your life change if you really believed in your dreams? One of the most essential tools to master in the dream process is your ability to have faith and believe in yourself and your dreams. Without it, we often second guess or even sabotage our dreams. Sometimes we even kill off what we want before we explore the possibilities. Develop self-trust and you'll find strength and courage to support you on any dream. This is one of the core silks I will teach at my upcoming Create Your Future Now Dream Weekends in San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, Baltimore or Boston. I invite you to join me. Dream Big, Building Self TrustTrust allows your dream to happen, while lack of trust can stop your dreams cold. When you don't trust, dreams become difficult, blocked, stuck or even fall apart. You start to doubt--first your decisions, and eventually everything. You may start to compromise on your dream. In your best attempt to control the outcome, you may be the very one who unknowingly sabotages your own vision. When you are aware of the doubts, fears and limiting beliefs, you can stop for a moment and regain some clarity. Start by asking yourself what stories you might be making up that could disempower your dream. What are you not trusting, and why? How can you move this obstacle, this mistrust out of your way? Get clear about what you don't trust and get to the core of it. Failing to do so can cost you your dream. Practice trust by choosing to be more committed to your dream and creating empowering beliefs. Do you trust yourself and others? Do you trust the process, your environment, the universe, the timing? Do you trust that your dream will come true? Trust is a giant obstacle for many people. If you don't have it, you'll have to find it, and you'll have to practice trusting yourself above all. Trust the decisions you make, and believe that you're entitled to want your dream and to realize it. When it comes to making dreams come true, I don't know any other
way to build self-confidence and self-trust, other then to give your
dream all you've got and actually take action. I am a woman of
great faith, but on a day-to-day level I, too, forget to trust. My daily
practice is to act on what I believe in in order to build greater self-trust.

Dream Quote
"If you believe you can or believe you can't, you're
probably right." Dear Marcia,
I need help! I heard you speak and was very motivated to start life in general. But, sadly, I didn't sustain that motivational level for long. I have not done one thing towards moving forward. It seems that everything takes so much effort for me to do, even the little things around the house. I wrote down the number to call your Dream Coach Action Line for the first time so I will attempt to do that, but I'm just so slacking right now, I don't know what to do. C ************ Dear C Don't give up. We all get stuck or stopped. The mere fact that you reached out from this difficult place tells me loud and clear that you are ready to take your life in a new direction. I URGE you to call into the Dream Coach Action Line and don't just listen. Set a clear intention for what you want-- clarity, peace of mind, hope...and ask for it. Don't attempt to call. Do it like your life depends on it, no matter what. This one powerful step will show you that you are ready for a change. Let me know what happens. Need help?
