December 2006
Marcia's Dream NoteDear Friends, I am really excited about the special upcoming call I scheduled to help you Launch Your New Year. Sign up today and be sure to note it on your calendar. If you want to create an extraordinary year for yourself and benefit from my help, please do not miss this call. Space is limited so be sure to sign up right away. I also suggest you get on the line five minutes early so you don’t miss out. During this holiday season I pray you will always know what a blessing you are. Love, New Year, New IntentionLet’s make this year really different. Rather than thinking about our dreams, talking about them or putting them off to some time in the future, how about moving forward now? Finish off 2006 with a bang. Complete whatever you need to so you can truly end this year and move forward to a new one. Wrap things up, dust them off, file them away, purge and clean house, say thank you and good-bye. Tie the year up with a bow, and on January 1st begin anew. Every New Year’s day, we write out our dreams for the upcoming year. Sometimes I don’t even read them for an entire year and then am often delighted to see how much has been created and accomplished. You can begin anew as you dream up your new year. Connect to your heart and soul. Consider your needs and desires, your hopes and wishes and take a stand for what’s most important to you. Whether these are dreams for you personally, related to your work, family or health, or dreams for your community or country, it’s time. No longer can we put our essential dreams off to “some day.” No longer can we believe that we must have all the resources or be able to do it perfectly. And no longer can we assume someone else will do it for us. It’s time now to act on what matters to you. This moment, here and now, is the most essential time you have. At your core, you know your truth. What is the dream that you must accomplish, or at least begin in 2007? And what is the clearest intention you can set to assist and support you in accomplishing this dream? Sometimes they might even be the same since your intention could simply be to accomplish your dream. I encourage you to think of an overarching theme for the year that will support your dreams. Some intention examples include: having greater ease, being more relaxed, having more fun, joy and abundance. I have two main dreams for this year. One is personal and the other professional. My personal dream is to create a beautiful home where Patrick and I will deepen our love and enjoy or communities. My professional dream is to seriously grow my business in alignment with my mission: To enable people worldwide to pursue their dreams. My theme/intention for 2007 is to be more generous. I suggest using your intention as a lens or magnifying glass. It becomes a way to sharpen or intensify your dreams. All year long, no matter what dreams, goals or strategies you are working on, your intention will be present to keep you grounded and on track. It will be the guiding principle for your year. It has never been a more important time for you to act on what is important to you and I am here to help. I invite you to join me on January 11th for an open tele-class to Launch Your New Year.

"Your ability to manifest is directly linked to your intentions."
Dear Marcia, Every year I make resolutions and set goals, but I don’t achieve them. I am unwilling to do it again. It’s just too painful to fail. Now what? L. ************* Dear L– It doesn’t have to be this way. When we set goals and don’t pursue or achieve them, it can create futility and resignation. Restore your faith in yourself and the dreaming process by setting yourself up to win. Pick an easy-to-accomplish dream that has meaning to you. Then, no matter what, do it. Let its be simple, fun and rewarding. Lunch or coffee with a friend, a walk with a loved one, quality alone-time to do something that brings you joy. The critical thing is that you do it. Next, create a short list of a few dreams that you want to accomplish in Jan. The secret here is to experience success. You can build on it as you choose but don’t add to it until you feel you have accomplished what you set out to do. Goal setting is useful, but dreams are the expression of your heart. If you never act on them, they remain day dreams or nice ideas. So act on what’s important to you and celebrate your success. This will help you begin to relax and dream again. Warmly, Need help?
