My purpose is to create a higher meaning for success and achievement. I work with successful people and businesses who know how to achieve. So often I hear them say; "I climbed to the top of the ladder, then looked around and asked myself - Is this what I really wanted?" I've lived that feeling. The feeling of accomplishment that's not connected to our purpose, not aligned with our priorities, and not in tune with our natural gifts and strengths. The result is success that feels empty and unfulfilling.
Alignment is the key. I'm learning over and over again that alignment is the key. The Dream Coach® methodology ensures that our dreams are aligned with our purpose, our values, and our natural gifts and assets that make us unique. Starting with that foundation, our dreams are so exciting that they actually draw us in. When we get to the strategy and action part of Dream Coaching®, the activities become fun and fulfilling as we live the life of a dreamer!

My background and experience
Prior to founding Aligned Leadership Group, Inc. in 2002, I served in corporations for over 15 years. Something unique about me is that I held executive positions in very different functional areas. Those were; Global Technology Services, Marketing, Investor Communications, and Organization Development. Some people joke about the diversity of my corporate background – I just know I love business strategy and leadership!

I am a Certified Dream Coach®, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach® with the Coaches Training Institute, and a Professional Certified Coach® with the International Coach Federation.
