Who Am I?
Ah, the question we each ask ourselves at each stage of our lives! Well, to begin with, I’m a former psychotherapist and professor of social work, as well as a delighted mom and grandma.

With more than 35 years of professional practice in agencies, teaching, and working in a private therapy practice, I decided a few years ago that it was time to move on – to learn how to guide and inspire people in new ways to become their very best and fulfilled selves. I consult for a financial planning firm, helping clients clarify their goals and dreams, and help the planners identify what’s needed in serving these clients. That includes working through life transitions, such as having children; divorce and single parenting; illnesses; retirement planning; and being caregivers for dependent children or elders.

Those clients and their issues became so enriching for me that they led naturally to my getting trained and becoming a life coach. I’m a member of the International Coach Federation, as well as being a Certified Dream Coach®. And I would love to bring what I’ve learned through my life experience, practical approach, and enthusiasm to whatever challenges you are currently facing.
