For the past 15 years, I have been in private practice as a healing arts practitioner, specializing in somatic/emotional release bodywork. Since 1998 I have been teaching Polarity Therapy and directing Polarity Healing Arts, an educational center for the advancement of Life Energy based healing skills. I am an expert in holding an impeccable sacred space for my clients and students. I held the title of State Karate Championships for both California and Florida in the women's light weight division and I also coached gymnastics at The Junior Elite Training Center in Southern California. I have recently become one of the world's first Certified Dream Coaches.
