My gift is to help leaders find their true purpose in life. You may feel that your life is "flat", unfulfilling, or you find yourself thinking that there must be something more. If so, then you are looking for your purpose, and it is looking for you! People’s lives are more fulfilling and successful when their outer goals and pursuits are in alignment with a deeper calling or path. Organizations are more effective and aligned when their leader is clear on his or her true purpose.

I am the principal managing partner for my own firm where I coach executives, teach leadership skills, and consult to organizations that want more accountable, effective teams. I have created alignment, results, and success with leaders in business, technology, the military, medicine, and government agencies for over ten years. I am a graduate of MIT, an officer in the Naval Reserve and have years of corporate managerial experience for a Fortune 500 company. I have coached over 60 individuals, privately and in organizations, have trained dozens of coaches and have conducted many workshops.

Despite all of the leadership, coaching, and consulting training I have both received and given, my greatest qualification has been my own search for my life’s purpose. On this journey I am creating a more fulfilling, aligned, and exciting life for myself.
